Heparin sodium API is mainly used to produce standard heparin preparation and low molecular weight heparin API, and then low molecular weight heparin preparation. Heparin sodium API can be subdivided into heparin sodium API intermediate and refined heparin sodium API. The purity of the intermediate of heparin sodium is low, so it can not be used as raw material of standard heparin preparation directly. The purified heparin sodium API is pure, and its preparation technology and process are complicated. It is used to prepare and manufacture standard heparin preparations and low molecular weight heparin apis.

　　The function and efficacy of heparin preparation:

　　1. Treat early disseminated intravascular coagulation complicated by various diseases;

　　2. Prevent arteriovenous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism;

　　3. Treatment of arteriovenous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism, ischemic stroke, unstable angina pectoris (to reduce symptoms and prevent myocardial infarction), acute myocardial infarction (to prevent early re-infarction and extension of the infarct area, to reduce mortality);

　　4, artificial cardiopulmonary, peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis as anticoagulant drugs;

　　5, as a maintenance treatment for thrombolytic therapy.
