Heparin sodium: this product is a sodium salt of glucosamine extracted with sulfuric acid from pig intestinal mucosa. It is the main substance of mucosaccharide and plays an anticoagulant effect by systematically activating antithrombin ⅲ (AT- ⅲ). It plays an important role in promoting the three developmental stages of coagulation function. It has anticoagulant effect in both internal and external environment, and can prolong the coagulation reaction time, prothrombin activity time and thrombin retention time of patients. No oral absorption, subcutaneous, muscular or intravenous administration of a good absorption.
Heparin calcium acts similarly to heparin sodium, but does not reduce calcium colloid in capillaries, nor does it change the permeability of heparin sodium after subcutaneous injection. The product also has obvious anti-renin and anti-aldosterone activities.
