Rational use of urokinase
1. The role
Urokinase is an enzymatic thrombolytic agent, which can directly act on the fibrinolysis system, promote the production of fibrinolytic enzyme, degrade fibrin clots, and have a good effect on newly formed thrombus. It can also inhibit adp-induced platelet aggregation and prevent thrombosis.
It is used to prevent thromboembolic diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, acute extensive pulmonary embolism, acute cerebrovascular embolism, retinal artery or vein embolism, peripheral artery or vein embolism, etc.
Early onset intravenous medication.
Lyophilized powder preparation should be stored at low temperature, the prepared solution should be used within 8 hours.
Adverse reactions to urokinase
Allergic to 1.
Urokinase antigenicity is small, less allergic reaction, a few patients may have fever, chills, headache, bronchial asthma, rash and other diseases.
2. Slight bleeding
Skin mucous membrane ecchymosis, hematuria, blood phlegm, a small amount of hemoptysis, hematemesis, hematoma at the injection site, etc.
3. Severe bleeding
Massive hemoptysis, gastrointestinal bleeding, retroperitoneal bleeding, intracranial/pericardial/spinal cord/mediastinal bleeding.
4. The digestive tract
Occasionally see nausea and vomiting, liver function is abnormal.
5. Reperfusion arrhythmia
Coronary thrombolytic therapy has a high incidence and requires ecg monitoring.
