Usage and dosage of beryutong ® enoxaparin sodium injection

　　Tumor VTE prophylaxis

　　Inpatient/outpatient

　　Once a day, anticoagulant therapy should be followed throughout the duration of the hospitalization with heparin sodium 4000 IU

　　Surgical patient

　　1. Enoxaparin sodium 2000 IU 2-4 hours before surgery, and enoxaparin sodium 4000 IU once a day after surgery.

　　Regimen 2. Enoxaparin sodium 4000 IU 10-12 hours before surgery, and enoxaparin sodium 4000 IU once a day after surgery.

　　Tumor VTE treatment

　　The general situation

　　Inject 150 AxaIU/kg once daily or 100 AxaIU/kg twice daily.

　　Complex embolic disease

　　Give 100 AxaIU/kg twice daily
