The bioavailability of subcutaneous injection is about 90%. The elimination half-life after intravenous injection is about 2 hours, and 3-4 hours after subcutaneous injection. The half-life of uremia patients will be extended. Beyond the therapeutic dose range (30-120 IU/kg), the half-life is slightly related to the dose. The drugs are mainly eliminated by the kidneys.
