Contraindication of heparin sodium injection

Hypersensitivity to dheparin sodium or other low molecular weight heparin and/or heparin, e.g. a clear history or suspicion of heparin-induced immune-mediated thrombocytopenia. Acute gastroduodenal ulcer and cerebral hemorrhage. Severe disease of coagulation system. Septic endocarditis. Central nervous system, eye and ear injuries or operations. Patients with acute deep vein thrombosis with local anesthesia are also contraindicated because of the increased risk of bleeding.
