1. 1mg/kg, twice a day. Iv: loading dose of 30mg can be given intravenously when necessary.

　　2. Arterial injection: inject 1mg/kg of body weight into the arterial catheter to prevent extracorporeal circulation coagulation. If the patient is at risk of severe bleeding (especially before and after surgery) or has progressive bleeding symptoms, 0.5mg/kg or 0.75mg/kg can be given for each dialysis.
