1. Allergic to enoxaparin sodium.
2. Patients with acute bacterial endocarditis.
3. Severe abnormal coagulation function.
4. Patients with platelet deficiency and positive platelet aggregation test in vitro.
5. Allergic to heparin or meat products.
6. Patients with active gastric and duodenal ulcers and cerebrovascular accidents (except those with systemic thrombosis).
7. First 3 months of pregnancy.
